As a child, you were there for me always. You held me when I needed a gentle hug; you listened when I needed so much for you to hear. You taught me family values to live by and with God watching over us, you guided me through childhood. I find myself remembering back over those precious years with such a tremendous amount of love and respect in my heart for you.

 

I went through feelings of joy, laughter and tears... you were “there” to share those times with me. You must have realized that I would grow through my experiences; that I would find the ability within myself to make the choices in life that would make me into the person I am today.

 

 I have such a deep admiration and respect for you Dad. I have become the person I am because of your love and dedication as a father and because your love for me has never faltered.

 

 The years you dedicated to raising me will forever be a precious gift I will hold in my heart. I consider myself blessed to be a part of your life. Your friendship has been the ultimate gift a Father can give to his child who has grown. You are so very precious to me and I want you to know I thank God for the privilege of having you for My Father!
